“It’s addictive,” says Andrew Harding, Selling Principal at Ray White Darwin, describing the feeling of selling a property and securing the ultimate outcome for his client. “Knowing that I’ve presented the home in the best way possible and gotten a truly great result – above the seller’s expectations – is the feeling I’m constantly chasing.”

When it comes to prestige properties, Andrew and his team have carved out an impressive niche as the go-to luxury agents. Scrolling through their listings is like flipping through a curated album of Darwin’s most photogenic homes.

The man behind the listings is polished and charming (as you would expect), but also down-to-earth and dedicated. “I pride myself on my work ethic and commitment to our clients. I am always available and always thinking about the client first to deliver the best outcome,” explains Andrew, a qualified carpenter by trade, who first joined the ranks of Ray White Darwin as a solo agent. Favourite street in Darwin: Muzzell Street in Bayview is dear in my heart as I grew up there and have so many happy memories in the street.
