Introducing Their New Express Lunch Menu

If you’re after a midday meal that’s more than just a lunch break, this one’s for you.

PepperBerry Restaurant, inside the elegant Hilton Darwin on Mitchell Street, has just launched a brand-new Express Lunch Menu and it’s everything you’d expect from one of the city’s most sophisticated dining spots.

Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, catching up with friends, escaping the office, or simply craving exceptional food, PepperBerry delivers a refined yet relaxed dining experience that ticks all the boxes.

Blending modern Australian cuisine with a creative twist of native bush spices, each dish is a showcase of premium ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and bold flavour.

From fresh seafood and signature rice bowls to health-conscious choices and comfort classics, the menu is crafted to satisfy quickly and deliciously.

On the Menu:

Healthy Corner: Try the vibrant Salmon Poke Bowl or the spicy Super Bowl Salad – packed with goodness and flavour.

Ginger Salmon: Soy-marinated and grilled to perfection, paired with sesame spinach rice, cashews, and teriyaki glaze.

Prawns Pil Pil: Garlic, chilli, dukkha spice, and olive oil with grilled baguette – ideal for dipping.

Mushroom Pepper Rice: Shiitake and button mushrooms in a peppery, umami-rich sauce.

Donburi Bowl: Slow-cooked, five-spiced pork belly with stir-fried pak choy and fluffy rice.

Local Humpty Doo Barramundi: A true Territory hero dish, served with confit garlic, choi sum, paprika oil, and native quandong.

Craving something classic? You’ll also find burgers, pasta, steaks, and their famously triple stacked Club Sandwich on offer. Plus, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options make it easy for everyone to enjoy.

PepperBerry is no stranger to accolades either. They’re a Gold Plate Award winner and, at the 2025 Hospitality NT Awards for Excellence, Hilton Darwin claimed an impressive five awards – including Best Overall Accommodation Hotel and Outstanding Achievement in Training.
