There’s a new kid on the block, Ray White Palmerston is opening up and charging ahead.

You know his name from sold signs across the city and his face from the side of buses on the road, and now Andrew Harding is expanding his reach by opening Ray White Palmerston with business partner Ryan Rowsell. Together, Andrew and Ryan will focus on the luxury market in the Palmerston and rural areas using Ryan’s immense local knowledge. “I’m a Durack local, my partner Samara and I own five acres in Palmerston and are raising our three kids here. We love the area and the people,” says Ryan, who is originally from country South Australia and has been a real estate agent for four years. “It’s a really exciting time for the Palmerston property market. We have a lot of first home buyers and young families moving to the region, and I get a lot of joy from working with them.”
The opening of Ray White Palmerston is a natural progression for Andrew and Ryan, who met through work and share an excitement for the booming area. Palmerston is the second largest city in the Northern Territory, it’s also the youngest and fastest growing. “It’s an attractive location with fantastic facilities. Palmerston is the gateway to Kakadu and all the natural beauty of the Territory.
It’s a short drive to Darwin and there’s a lot of potential for growth,” reveals Ryan.
“It really has got everything. My property in Durack has all the peace and tranquillity of a rural block, and it’s a three minute-drive to Gateway shopping centre and 15-minutes to Darwin city. There’s Australia’s biggest Bunnings, beautiful parks and great schools close by,” adds Ryan. “Not to mention… The 18-hole PGA golf course at Palmerston Golf and Country Club.”
Palmerston is moving on up in the world, and the Ray White team are along for the ride. The beauty of having agents on the ground in Darwin and Palmerston is that the office can service all areas, whether you’re moving from Darwin to Palmerston or vice versa.
